Information you provide
The enquiry form collects your name, email, company, country or region, project details and any optional printer, material or quantity information. You may attach a project-relevant JPG, PNG or PDF. Do not include unnecessary personal, financial or confidential information.
How it is used
Information is used to record and respond to your enquiry, discuss specifications, and manage the related sourcing conversation. Submitting an enquiry is not a subscription to a marketing newsletter.
A request reference and timestamp are stored with the enquiry. A one-way network fingerprint may be used to limit abusive submissions. The application does not store the raw IP address in the enquiry record.
Storage and access
Enquiry records and attachments are stored using the website’s hosted data services. When authenticated email notifications are enabled, the configured delivery provider (Resend) processes enquiry text and contact information to send a notification to info@sinolinkers.com. Uploaded attachments remain in the private owner inbox and are not included in the notification. The owner’s enquiry view requires authenticated, authorized access. Service providers may process data to operate the site.
Project information may need to be shared with relevant suppliers to assess a specification. Ask us before submission if your project requires an NDA or restrictions on sharing.
Retention and your requests
Enquiry data is retained for the related business discussion and any necessary business recordkeeping. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@sinolinkers.com with your request reference. Some records may need to be retained for applicable obligations.
Cookies and measurement
When enabled, optional Google Analytics 4 measurement starts only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from reading, using tools or submitting an enquiry. You can change your choice through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. The choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days.
After consent, Google processes technical visit information, page visits and selected actions such as a saved enquiry or a contact-link click. Analytics cookies are limited to this website’s hostname and configured for up to 180 days. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Your name, email, project text, attachments and enquiry reference are not included in the site’s custom Analytics events; page addresses are stripped of query strings and fragments.
A contact-link click does not establish that a message was sent or that an enquiry is qualified. Analytics may omit visits where consent is declined or collection is blocked. Google may process measurement data on its infrastructure outside your country. See https://policies.google.com/privacy for Google’s privacy information. Hosting services may separately process technical logs or authentication cookies.

Optional attachments
Attachments are limited to the types and size shown in the form. They are kept with the enquiry in the private owner workflow. Do not upload material you are not authorized to share; ask about confidentiality requirements before submitting it.
Enquiry references and repeat submissions
The form uses a request reference to avoid recording the same submitted request twice. A saved reference identifies a business enquiry; it does not create an account or confirm an order.
Local tools and downloadable templates
The specification builder and calculator operate in the page. A download or calculation does not by itself submit contact information. Information included in an enquiry is sent when you submit that form.
External contact links
Email and WhatsApp links open a separate service. Information you send there is handled through that service and the relevant conversation. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Supplier review and confidentiality
Assessing a requirement may involve relevant suppliers. Tell us about NDA or disclosure limits before sending sensitive project material so the proposed handling can be discussed first.
Updates to this notice
This notice describes the current website workflow. If measurement or data handling changes, the notice should be reviewed to reflect the change. Questions about a saved enquiry can be sent to info@sinolinkers.com with its reference.
