One specification.
A useful conversation.
Tell us what you print, what it prints on and where it needs to work.
A few details can save a round of questions.
Choose the enquiry that matches the decision
Use specification matching for an uncertain configuration, sample evaluation for a defined trial, distributor partnership for a channel project and private label for branded packaging. The choice helps organize the discussion; it does not establish availability or commercial terms.
If you have an old ribbon
Send the current roll label and both core ends with the printer model. Include the stock reference if known. Photographs help identify questions, but they do not reliably measure every dimension or reveal an unmarked formulation.
If the print is failing
Explain when the defect appears and what changed. Attach a clear photo of the same artwork area before and after the relevant step. State the current settings and exact ribbon and stock references.
If you need a comparable quotation
Use the RFQ template to list dimensions, quantities, destination and delivery basis. Keep different configurations on separate lines. Ask for deviations to be identified explicitly.
If you want to evaluate a sample
Name the intended printer, stock and acceptance requirements. Sample availability and terms need confirmation. A successful trial must remain connected to the candidate reference and configuration.
If the project involves your own brand
Prepare the intended product code, pack information, artwork and estimated order size. Approve the packaging proof separately from the application trial. Certification and compatibility claims need their own evidence.
Share only what is relevant
The form accepts one JPG, PNG or PDF up to the stated limit. Do not submit payment details or material you are not authorized to disclose. Discuss an NDA or supplier-sharing restrictions before sending confidential designs.
Keep the enquiry reference
A reference appears after the request is saved. Keep it when following up by email or WhatsApp. Saving a request is separate from confirming an order, a sample or email inbox delivery.
What to confirm before an order
The candidate formulation, complete roll, approval scope, quantity, packaging, price, payment conditions and delivery terms need a written record. An initial conversation is not a substitute for those details.
Use one focused first project
One printer, one stock and one defined requirement usually make the first technical discussion more useful. Once the result is documented, related configurations can be reviewed on their own merits.
